Tired of typical basketball games where you just stand still and aim for the right angle? Forget all those old rules and step into the world of Blumgi Ball! This isn't just a sports game; it's a revolution in gameplay, combining physics-based aiming, speed, and unique spatial reasoning.

    How to play Blumgi Ball

    Blumgi Ball

    The Arc

This is the basic foundation. Press and hold (on your mouse or screen) to build up power. A dotted line will appear.

Don't just look at the end of the dotted line. Focus on the top of the arc. In Blumgi Ball, the top of the arc is where you can best control the ball to dodge horizontal obstacles or drop it precisely into narrow gaps.

    The Teleport

The moment the ball leaves the launch pad, the launch pad vanishes and immediately reappears in the spot the ball landed.

Shooting isn't always about getting the ball into the net immediately. Throw the ball to gain position. If the basket is too far or obscured, take a side throw against a safe wall or a higher platform to move yourself there, creating the perfect angle for your second shot.

    The Reaction

The game ball bounces quite high, and the game environment is very physics-sensitive.

Learn bounce reading. Direct shots are sometimes blown aside by fans. Instead, throw the ball hard to the floor so it rebounds over the fan and into the net. Use trampolines to double your throwing power without needing to build up power for a long time.

    Tips for conquering Blumgi Ball

In levels with square blocks obscuring the basket, throw your first shot with moderate force to move yourself right next to the block. For your second shot, use maximum force to throw directly at the block to destroy the block and send the ball into the net on the same bounce trajectory.

Don't think of the fan as your enemy. If the fan is blowing wind upwards, throw the ball gently into that wind. The ball will be lifted high, giving you a height you wouldn't achieve with a normal throw.

If the basket is in a hidden corner at the bottom, a direct throw will usually miss. Throw hard against the opposite wall. The angle of the ball's reflection will usually send it straight into the basket.
