How to play Conq.io

Cover the entire map with your flag. However, reality is much harsher.

Connectivity is strength

Each land tile you capture strengthens your economy. However, if a territory is cut off from the center, its food supply and army stamina will be severely depleted.

Don't just expand in a straight line. Expand in clusters to create strong links that are difficult for enemies to "cut off."

Merge & Evolve

You can combine similar units to strengthen your army. Evolved troops will have better resilience, allowing you to make long pushes deep into enemy territory without running out of steam.

Attack and Defense

The enemy will constantly harass your borders. Reading the map and predicting the enemy's attack direction is key.

Sometimes, giving up a small piece of land to protect a vital supply line is a wise sacrifice.
