Minecraftle is an original puzzle game for the browser! It merges a deep knowledge of Minecraft with the logical deduction gameplay that Wordle has popularised. Minecraftle removes the survival and building aspect and provides a pure cerebral challenge. Discover a hidden crafting formula in a 3x3 grid in only 10 attempts.

Core Gameplay Mechanics

The crafting grid is no longer just a tool for assembly—it’s a puzzle to be solved. Each day, the game hides a valid crafting recipe. Your goal is to select ingredients from your inventory and arrange them in the correct spots to create the target item before you run out of your 10 guesses. Everything—selecting, placing, and confirming ingredients—is done with a simple left-click.

Color-Coded Feedback

Once you enter a recipe, the 3x3 grid will give you colour-coded feedback to tell you how to proceed:

Green: The ingredient is proper and in the right spot.

Orange: The ingredient is in the recipe, but in the wrong location; you must shift it to another cell.

Grey: The ingredient is not even in the recipe and should be omitted in future tries.

Effective Puzzle-Solving Strategies

Begin with a hard recipe: You want to fill as many spaces as you can with diverse materials on your first round, to get the most colour-coded data.

Lock & shift: Keep greened things in place. Try to move the orange tiles into their correct empty places. (Think back to making recipes in Minecraft.)

Handle empty slots: Not all recipes use all 9 slots. The empty spaces in the grid are also part of the solution. If you put an item where there should be a space you will get the wrong answer.

Clear used items: Do not reuse the grey-marked ones - that wastes precious attempts.
