If you approach Flappy Dunk with the sole goal of tapping to prevent the ball from falling to the ground, you'll quickly stagnate at a low score. This is a combination of Flappy Bird's simulated gravity and basketball's scoring elements, creating a game where absolute precision is paramount.

In Flappy Dunk, Swish is the only key to boosting your score, as it activates a massive multiplier system.
The most common mistake for beginners is "Panic Tap"—panic tapping repeatedly when the ball falls quickly, resulting in the ball bouncing too high and hitting the rim.
Use micro-tapping instead of hard taps. Maintain a constant, smooth tapping rhythm with high frequency to keep the ball in a straight horizontal line instead of soaring up and crashing down.
This function lets you change the height with a short tap before the ball enters the hoop for a precise swipe.
Don't look at the ball; look at the center of the next basket and draw a parabola back towards your current position.
As soon as the ball passes the current basket, you must immediately determine the position of the next basket. If the next basket is low, stop touching and let the ball fall freely, only tapping lightly once when the ball is about 2 cm from the rim to bend its trajectory and fall straight into the net.
The game screen can be divided into 3 parts: Top, Middle, and Bottom.
During intervals between baskets, maintain the ball in the central 1/3 of the screen. Let the ball fly too close to the top edge, and you won't have time to slow down if the next basket emerges near the bottom. Keeping the ball in the middle gives you enough time to react regardless of where the next basket "spawns".
No matter how careful you play, there will be moments when you miss your rhythm and get into a difficult situation. At this point, sacrifice your Swish combo for survival.
If the basket is too high and you're too close, actively tap repeatedly to make the ball hit the outer rim or the underside of the basket. The game uses bounce physics. Utilize this bounce to make the ball bounce back, buying you a precious half-second to readjust your rhythm and make the shot on the second attempt.
