PvZ Lawn is a brand-new, thrilling, and a little daring take on the classic tower-defense genre. Inspired by the popular Plants versus Zombies, the game turns your front yard into a chaotic yet addictive 2D battleground.

Your objective is to collect sunlight, set up defenses across five horizontal lanes, and hold back waves of zombies attempting to reach your house.

Your final objective is to lay traps and ensure that not one zombie sets foot on your porch.

Laying down your economy and defences

First, cultivate crops that produce energy so that you always have plenty of sunlight, the primary resource for deploying stronger attacking units. When zombies shuffle in from the right, put hardy plants on the front lines to serve as "living shields," and keep long-range attack plants safe in the rear. Each sort of zombie needs a different counter-strategy.

Managing Risk in a Fast-Paced Environment

Stay sharp: keep collecting sunlight, planting new crops, and plugging gaps in your defenses as the attacks grow increasingly intense. At the end of each lane sits a lawnmower—a last-resort measure capable of wiping out every zombie in that lane. However, each mower can only be used once; rely on them too heavily, and your entire defense will soon collapse. Controls

On PC: Use the left mouse button to collect falling sunlight, select a plant card, and place it on a tile on the lawn.

On mobile: Tap the screen to collect energy, select the plant you wish to grow, and then tap the spot where you want to place it.

Tips for building a solid defense

Focus on economy over combat: In the early game, always cultivate crops that create sunlight. An ample supply of "sun" (cash) will allow you to be able to respond to any unexpected scenario.

Protect your vital units. Don't risk your high-damage plants. Always provide cover with high defensive stat plants. Cover the whole battlefield: An unchecked lane can bring down an otherwise excellent defence from the flank.

Always have a reserve: Always keep a bit of sunshine in reserve so when armoured or fast-moving zombies come, you can rapidly deploy specialised, resilient plants.

Treat your lawnmowers with respect: Consider them a last resort in emergencies—never include them in your active defence strategy.
