Sandbox City

The 3D open-world action game Sandbox City allows complete flexibility. You're placed into a huge city to freely explore. You drive cars and combat zombies on the streets.

Gameplay Core

Sandbox City doesn't force players into a linear storyline. You completely control the pace, freely moving around and interacting with every area of the city.

It offers a variety of vehicles scattered across the map. Each vehicle has different speeds and durability, serving either for movement or attack.

The biggest danger comes from the dead. They can be killed with melee weapons, guns, or cars.

A ragdoll physics effect makes the player and enemies fly every time they hit something, explode, or attack.

Controls

WASD: Move character or steer vehicle.

Spacebar: Jump or use the handbrake while driving.

Left mouse: Attack, shoot, or interact.

E key: Get in or out of the vehicle.

Shift key: Sprint.

Effective City Exploitation Tactics

Start by swiftly finding and driving a vehicle. Cars are the best zombie-fighting armour and weapon.

Avoid prolonged stillness. A continual stream of enemies will approach you. Movement keeps enemy formations stretched and prevents encirclement.

Draw foes into tight or steep spaces. The ragdoll effect causes the crowd to self-destruct after a vehicle or weapon collision.

If forced to fight without a vehicle, use the attack-and-retreat tactic. Launch an attack and then immediately move backwards to avoid damage from approaching zombies.
