Do you think grooming a cat is a peaceful, relaxing, loving activity? Think again! Brush Jjaemu is here to shatter all your illusions and turn pet care into a breathtaking survival battle! Here, even a small mistake can cost you your life.

Overview

Jjaemu, a fat, fluffy, and grouchy orange cat, is our protagonist. Although a dictator, Jjaemu lets you groom him. He wants you to groom him secretly, like a sin.

The game screen is minimalist to the extreme: just Jjaemu, a brush, and your score. But that minimalism is the trap. The atmosphere in the game is always incredibly tense. When you groom him, the swishing sound is pleasant, but you know that Jjaemu could turn around at any moment.

What if you accidentally brush Jjaemu just as it turns around and catches your eye? Prepare yourself! Jjaemu won't growl or scratch you. The monster will open its huge mouth and devour you instantaneously. A pitch-black screen will display "YOU DIED!" in red. The harsh, decisive, and incredibly jump scare-filled conclusion will make you want to toss your phone or switch off your computer.

How to play Brush Jjaemu

Brush Jjaemu's controls are so simple that anyone can play within the first 3 seconds, but mastering them is a whole different story.

Controls

On PC: Press and HOLD the left mouse button to brush. Release the mouse to stop.

On Mobile: Tap and HOLD your finger on the screen to brush. Lift your finger to stop.

Survival Rules

For every second you successfully brush, your score increases. The only goal is to reach the target. Score the highest possible score before being executed.

Jjaemu will alternate between two states: looking away and turning its head to look at you. You are only allowed to start holding down the mouse button when Jjaemu is looking away.

You must release the mouse or lift your finger IMMEDIATELY BEFORE Jjaemu completes its turn and looks directly at you. What if you are still brushing your teeth when it sees you?
